To reset your indowla password:

Payments and transactions

Indowla does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. All funds you deposit go directly to your account balance. When you withdraw, your funds are transferred to your registered payment method without deduction.

Payment processing is routed through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. These providers may apply their own fees depending on the transaction type and your account status with them. Fees, if any, are disclosed by your payment provider before you confirm the transaction.

Deposit and withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. Confirmation typically occurs within one business day. You can review all transaction records in your indowla Account → Transactions history.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, it may be blocked by your bank, payment provider, or temporary connectivity issues. Check the status in your indowla Account → Transactions history. You will see one of these states:

  • Pendingthe transaction is being processed. This typically resolves within one business day.
  • Failedthe payment provider declined the transaction. Funds are returned to your registered payment method automatically.
  • Expiredyou did not complete the payment steps within subject to verification. The transaction is cancelled; no funds are deducted.

If a deposit fails, your indowla account balance is unchanged. If a withdrawal fails, your balance remains on indowla and is available for re-withdrawal or play. If a transaction remains pending longer than one business day, contact our support team with your transaction ID. We will investigate the delay with your payment provider.

Game rules and mechanics

RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that describes how much of all money wagered on a slot game is returned to players over a large sample of spins. For example, a slot with means that over many thousands of spins, approximately non-specific info of all money wagered is paid out as wins, and non-specific info is retained as house margin.

Security and data

To request deletion of your personal data from indowla, follow these steps:

  2. Select "Request data deletion" and confirm your request.
  3. We send a confirmation email to your registered address. Click the link to verify the deletion request.
  4. Once verified, your request is submitted to our data-protection team. We review all outstanding transactions, balances, and regulatory obligations before processing.
  5. If your account has an outstanding balance, we will send you instructions to withdraw the funds before deletion proceeds. We do not delete account data while funds remain on indowla.
